The Answers You Need

 

Do We Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Yes! Our customer satisfaction is priority! Please feel free to return any eligible item within 3 days of receiving your original order. Items must be return in the original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

We encourage you to open the shipping package / box once your items arrive to your home. You should email customer service within 3 days if you are not satisfied with your item(s). 

ISSUES WITH ORDER:

Any issue with order is to be made within two to three business days of receiving order. We handle numerous of orders and may not be able to recollect order if reported after given time window. If not notified within specific time frame, we reserve the right to deny claim or honor any information after that date. We strongly suggest taking photos/images of items received and invoice to support claim. Royal Beauty & Braids LLC. reserves the right to honor/dishonor claim without credible information to support claim. 

EXCHANGE without Justification:

Exchange without justification will be offered. If you wish to return any item without any quality problem for exchange within 3 days of receiving, please contact customer service.(Customer will pay shipping fee and price difference of exchange, if any.)

RETURN/REFUND with Justification 
If you wish to return an item with any proper justification / quality issue for a refund within 3 days, please email customer service. Be-aware, customer will have to pay the shipping fee and a 22% restocking fee.
Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you must first email customer service for pre-authorization.Once the return item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.(May take up to 10 days)

Please send us an email with your order number in the title, along with with the the quality problem, such as: wrong color, size, style, and so forth. It will be more beneficial / persuasive if customer attaches a picture of the packing and a picture of the item within the email. We will review all emails received, and offer solutions to help satisfy our customer needs.


Eligible Returns:

 • Brand new, unopened and unused items in original packaging • Items that match up with customer's order invoice (brand,color, quantity, or style) • Non-Sale, full priced items • Items that are within *3* days from delivery (7* days for delivery addresses outside the continental U.S. only) • Damage ItemsWhat is considered damaged?Cracked jars and bottlesContents spilled out of jars and bottlesBroken items(Please take note that minor leaks, small scratches, and small dents are not considered damaged.)

Ineligible Returns:

 • Sale or Final Sale items cannot be returned for any reason • Orders with the incorrect shipping address and sent back to senderDue to Health department Regulations  The following also can not be returned: • Cosmetics • Nail Polish • Wigs /Jewelry any item that touches the hair, skin or scalp • Used items • Hair Dye (semi or permanent) • Items that are opened • Items with opened or damaged packaging  • Hair product/chemicals (non-refundable unless wrong item sent) • Items that are past 3* days from delivery (7* days for deliveries outside the continental U.S only- No exceptions) • If pack of hair is tampered with of any sort, refund will NOT be issued. (Taken out and put back incorrectly, etc). Please adhere to this polic

Unsuccessful Delivery:

If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss occurred.
If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we will offer to resend the parcel to you or will issue a refund.

Order Cancelling

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in a timely manner after your purchase. 
If you contact us within 12 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.Orders can't be canceled once the package has been shipped out.
